Flexxon’s eMMC ICs are a compact, robust and highly cost-effective NAND flash memory IC designed to meet the rigid requirements of Cyber security, Industrial, Automotive and Medical applications. These devices combine eMMC NAND Flash memory, embedded Multi Media Card controller and advanced firmware. They are compliant with the JEDEC® e.MMCTM v4.x, v5.0 and v5.1 interface and protocol standard.
